Teams

Create and manage Rime teams, including invites, roles, billing, and member removal.

Creating a team cannot currently be undone. The creator’s Stripe account becomes the billing account for all team API usage.

Create a team

In the Rime dashboard, open Settings → Team, enter a name, and select Create. The page then shows your team, and you can invite members right away.

Invite members

On the same Team page, under Invite teammates, enter the member’s email address, choose a role, and select Send invite. Pending invites appear in the members table below the form, where an owner can resend or revoke them.

Each Rime user can belong to only one team at a time.

Billing

Any owner can access and update billing information. Usage from every API key owned by a team member rolls up to the team’s metered usage and the creator’s billing account.

Roles

Rime teams have two roles: Owner and Member.

Remove a member

Removing a member transfers their API keys to the owner who performs the removal. Review those keys and their access before removing the member.

A team must retain at least one owner. You cannot remove a user whose email matches the billing-page email.

In the Rime dashboard, open Usage and Billing and select Manage Billing to change that email.
