rime curl

Generate a ready-to-run curl command for the Rime TTS API.

Generate a curl command for making TTS API requests. The generated command uses $(rime key) as a shell expression, so your API key never appears in the printed command. Instead, the shell resolves it when you run the command.

rime curl [TEXT]

If you provide text, --speaker and --model-id are required. With no arguments, the command prints an example request.

The generated command saves audio to output.wav, or output.mp3 for mist and mistv2. It includes --fail, so an HTTP error stops curl instead of being written to the output file.

Optional flags

--sampling-rate	—	—	Output sampling rate in Hz. Coda: 8000, 16000, 22050, 24000, 44100, 48000, 96000. Mist: 4000–44100
--oneline	—	false	Output as a single line for easy copy-paste
--api-url	—	—	API URL override

*Defaults apply only when run without arguments. When text is provided, --speaker and --model-id are required.

Coda flags

The CLI rejects these flags for mist, mistv2, and mistv3.

mist/mistv2/mistv3 flags

The CLI rejects these flags for coda.

mist/mistv2 flags

Only mist and mistv2 support these flags, so the CLI rejects them for mistv3.
