rime hello & rime play

Quick audio demo and terminal waveform playback with the Rime CLI.

rime hello

Generates a time-appropriate greeting (“good morning/afternoon/evening, this is Vespera speaking”) using the Vespera voice on Coda. The text and voice are fixed, so if you hear the greeting, your API key, the API, and audio playback all work.

rime play

Play a WAV audio file with terminal waveform visualization. Headless builds have no audio support, so rime play exits with an error there. Instead, save audio with rime tts -o FILE and play it elsewhere.
